Rodeo! Fun w/Fusion!

Rodeoing is in my blood,
not due to my ancestry,being born to two city-slickers,
but rather
due to growing up in north central Florida
where I had the privilege of being befriended by two rodeo families
who let me tag along with them to do some barrel racing.
(thanks, Crofts & Strombecks!)
Let me just say...
those Southern rodeo announcers sure had trouble, or fun,
with my name as I barrelled into the arena...
"Next up...
Michelle DeeeeeeeGeeeeeeeOoooooooVannnnnnnEeeeeeeeee"!
By the time they were done pronouncing my name,
I was already done with the cloverleaf and heading back to the finish line!

So naturally,
 I took great pleasure in working on this following video and images...
for two reasons...
I LOVE fusion,
I LOVE rodeos!

ONEderful ~ Little Miss K

A look of wonder
on the face of a one year old
combined with the most
fluffiest billowing cloud of a tutu

throw in
one. of. the. sweetest. grins. ever

and you have the formula for a
photographer's dream.

Just let me say that
Little Miss K
is ONE little dream girl

 Spunky.
Outgoing.
Always on the go.

Although willing to sit for a moment
and throw a kiss,

more willing to get up and go on an adventure

especially if it involves an
"un-hot air" balloon ride!

Little Miss K,
don't forget to look me up for
 your Senior pics...

 I want to see
where your adventerous spirit
really takes you!

Sky High Love

A wonderful fringe benefit to being a photographer is
 meeting such wonderful people
and hearing such wonderful love stories!

Here is
one such couple
and story...

~~~
Kaitlin and Wade
have their feet planted firmly on the ground.
Their occupations, well, they're both in public service,
which tells you a little bit about their hearts...
well, really alot!
Kaitlin a teacher; Wade in law enforcement.
And even though they are firmly planted...
in their community,
in life,
in love...
their relationship started
miles above the earth...
on a flight in college
during a class trip to Washington, D.C.
As fate would have it,
they sat next to each other
and the rest, as they say, is history...
This couple fell in love!
~~~

Kaitlin and Wade,
I love your story!

Best wishes
 are being sent your way
for your upcoming wedding
and
may your hearts continue to fly high...
together!
